Drop-In Program Policies
Dancers using a membership or punchcard must reserve a spot for each class through our online scheduling system. This helps us manage class sizes. Need help? Email admin@dance-momentum.com or call 360-455-4173.
No-Shows & Cancellations
Missed classes are deducted from your balance. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before class via the online system, email, or phone. Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) are treated as no-shows. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Space is limited; monthly tuition students get priority.
Studio Cancellations
Weather: We’ll notify you via email, social media, or text. Weather cancellations are not deducted; make-up options may be offered but not guaranteed.
Low Enrollment: We’ll notify at least 24 hrs in advance when possible. No deductions for punchcards/memberships; tuition students may be offered a reschedule or substitute class.
Media Release
By attending, you agree photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes. To opt out, notify the front desk in writing before your first class.
Liability Waiver
All dancers must sign a waiver before participating. Forms are available at the front desk and must be signed by the dancer or legal guardian.
